About The Role:


Primarily Focused On:


  • Keep databases with team information up to date.
  • Partner with local staff to initiate and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Complete regular audits and review HR processes to suggest changes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as time off, new hire, and turnover reports.
  • Support processes through the employee life cycle as needed amongst the team including engagement initiatives, benefit launch materials, organizational change etc.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, events, and other deliverable dates as needed.
  • Assist with global HR project work and rollout of HR initiatives as needs arise.
- _Firstlight Media staff reports into offices leveraging safety protocols aligned with local public health guidelines as they relate to COVID-19. _
_This position is not remote, reporting into our office Monday-Friday._

About You—

Success in this role requires:


  • You have 2+ years of experience working as an HR Administrative Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Specialist, or People Operations role.
  • Experience maintaining existing processes, tools, templates, and databases.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • You are a great teammate that loves to have fun at work and contributes with your experience and positive attitude
  • You are comfortable asking questions, exuding curiosity about our business and ways we can support Quickplayers.
  • An ability to work collaboratively, being inclusive of all partners and a level of comfort independently pursuing the close of tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to prioritize well and be flexible in a fastpaced environment with changing demands.
  • Strong communication skills fluent in English both verbal and written.
