We are looking to employ a dedicated, highly motivated, target driven and customer-oriented sales representative to drive sales and manage clients.
The sales representative will have to generate new business along with handling the existing accounts and following a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of the customers throughout all purchase levels.
Sales & CRM Representative Job Description:
- Identifying new customers / promising prospects via networking, cold calling, customer referralsand other lead generation techniques.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Providing overall guidance to newlyrecruited Sales Representatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
- Assisting newlyrecruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
- Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Conducting indepth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Meeting sales revenue targets
- Gathering and analysing all the salesrelated data.
- Maintaining an accurate record of total closed sale deals.
- Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Researching on competitors' products, prices, and their marketing insights.
- Documenting all the aspects of sales team activities.
- Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance & oversee customer retention, reactivation, etc.
- Build and sustain longlasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and crossselling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Meet with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
Skills required:
- Proven sales experience with good communication skills along with customeroriented attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A team player with positive attitude & focus on customer satisfaction.
- A bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Polite, good listener, confident, target driven, presenting and pitching skills, adaptable, goalorientated and selfmotivated.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
