Description
Timely Execute the Order processing, monitoring party orders and follow ups and despatch co-ordination.- Execute Tele Calling as per the plan.
- Timely achieve sales target on the basis of Areawise, customerwise and productwise.
- Execute special tracking of all the sales made on credit, review debtors and follow up on bad debts.
- Timely ensure the collection of Post dated cheques from the customers in their area and also do the periodical financial evaluation of the customers.
- Extend all the services provided by the Company to the concerned person on a timely basis.
- Timely attended to resolve the customer complaints regarding products and services and collect necessary documents and take corrective actions.
- Properly Collect and update the informations and data regarding the competitors of our brand/dealers.
- Maintain and expand a highly effective working relationship with customers.
- Requires sound knowledge of all the products and services provided by the company.
- Timely provide periodical reports to the supervisors.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
