Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services and explaining their benefits
- Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
- Identify and qualify potential leads through questioning and active listening
- Maintain a database of customer information, updating details and tracking progress
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team based on customer interest and availability
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products/services, pricing, and promotions
- Handle customer objections and address their concerns in a professional and persuasive manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and pleasant phone demeanor
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively engage customers and convert leads
