Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services and explaining their benefits
  • Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through questioning and active listening
  • Maintain a database of customer information, updating details and tracking progress
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team based on customer interest and availability
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products/services, pricing, and promotions
  • Handle customer objections and address their concerns in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and pleasant phone demeanor
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively engage customers and convert leads
