Coordinator-Program Logistics


About the Role:

Join us as a Coordinator-Program Logistics where you'll lead a team of Logistics Officers and Assistants, ensuring seamless administrative support for our program offices.

Reporting to the Admin Manager and occasionally to the Director HR and Admin, you'll play a crucial role in building the capacity of our admin teams and aligning them with our organizational mission and vision.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand and meet administrative requirements.
  • Plan and allocate resources according to budgetary guidelines and stakeholder directions.
  • Drive facilities management, ensuring costeffective resource utilization.
  • Implement SOPs for security management and compliance.
  • Lead administrative emergency preparedness planning and conduct mock drills.
  • Prepare and monitor admin budgets, raising red flags for overruns.
  • Identify, negotiate, and finalize office spaces, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Provide support to other functions with documentation and legal compliance.
  • Liaise with government officials on admin and facilityrelated matters.

Reporting:
This position reports to the Manager Admin at SNEHA.


Location:
Santacruz.


Requirements:

Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate with 6 years of experience in admin functions.
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in vendor management, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and experience in the NGO sector.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
  • Uphold strong values and work ethics.

Pay:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
