Description

Responsibilities:


  • Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions using online scheduling platforms.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRrelated documents, such as job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and assist in developing innovative HR and operational solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency using technology.
  • Support the creation of presentations and other visual materials for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing software tools for design and formatting.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of various operational systems, such as project management tools, CRM software, and timetracking systems.
  • Generate reports and analyze data using spreadsheet software to provide insights and support decisionmaking.
  • Stay updated with emerging HR and operational technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.

Requirements:


  • Proficient in using technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present findings.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
