Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage BIM models for construction projects using BIM software
  • Creating Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models
  • Collaborating with other disciplines
  • Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed
  • Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards and project specifications
  • Perform clash detection and coordination of the various building systems and disciplines
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D documentation, including schedules, drawings, and reports

Education / Certifications

  • Mechanical Engineering degree

Qualifications:


  • 36 years of BIM Coordination
  • Experience with LOD 400 BIM model creation (including supports & hangers) is preferred.
  • Excellent Experience with Revit / 3D Modelling is a Must.

Salary:
₹40, ₹48,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Diploma (required)

  • Revit: 2 years (required)
