Job brief

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive (Female only) as this is a female owned, female operated boutique, who would take ownership to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas as designed by management.

A positive attitude and a desire to help and assist in turning in store visitors to customers will make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and returns/exchange policies)
• Answer customers' queries about our line of clothing
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Crosssell products
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Founder/Store Managers.
• Stay up to date as we bring new collections.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process

Salary:
