Description

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Hindi and English to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer databases.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.

• Fluent in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
