About the role:


The Recruitment Associate, Digital will:


  • Provide market intelligence and strategy expertise to Business Partners and Hiring Manager to increase recruitment results for technical roles.
  • Consult and Collaborate with internal partners on sourcing strategy, interviewing techniques and market data.

Location and reporting:

This is a full-time remote role on an initial 1 year fixed term, with the possibility for extension. The aim is to hire somebody based in, and with extensive knowledge of the job market in India.

The Recruitment Associate, Digital will report directly to Rising's Recruitment and Talent Manager.

Requirements:


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of a combination of corporate and agency recruitment experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong technical recruitment experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with the local talent organisations/market in India.
  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting/sourcing or a function of similar scope.
  • Experience in building and implementing a technical/digital talent acquisition strategy.
  • Experience in understanding and embodying the message and culture of the organisations you have recruited for.
  • Experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising leaders on talent/hiring.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of IT hiring concepts and language.
  • Ability to create and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for various technical roles within the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas orally and in writing; ability to communicate compellingly to impact and influence decision making.
