Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and administration.

How You Will Make An Impact:
Collaboration & communication

  • Participate in sprint meetings and help with the planning, refinement, and estimation of stories.
  • Fill in the knowledge gap and help with ontime delivery for other members whenever required.
  • Actively participate in quarterly planning to provide high level estimation for upcoming requirements.
  • Help to drive and collaborate technical discussions with the business for the stories assigned to you.
Support for Business users

  • Act as a focal for a business area / Epics and actively support the questions and requests from the business.
  • Collaborate with business teams to discuss the requirements, brainstorm on them, and suggest how we can tackle them using Salesforce.
  • Gather new requirements from product managers / business users and break them down into actionable tasks to be implemented in Salesforce.
System health and quality of deliverables

  • Keep an eye on Salesforce releases and upgrade the system as needed.
  • Fix issues and do what is needed to get the business up and running in the stipulated time.
  • Act as a system owner for the salesforce orgs. and responsible for the overall system health.
  • Own the deployment on production and ensure no changes go on production without review.
  • Analyze the current system for technical depts, identify overlapping and duplicate flows, unused fields/objects etc. and highlight them to the technical leadership.
  • Review the work done by peers to ensure we deliver things with quality and share knowledge.
  • Participate in on call support and do proactive communication as needed to stop any escalations.
Contribution to knowledge base

  • Create flawless documentation that can help visualize the endtoend business requirement and how it fits into the current system.
  • Add/Update knowledge base for approach followed for recurring activities.
  • Add/Update knowledge base for by adding why / what / How for special/complex stories.
  • Own the endtoend delivery for major Epics/modules within the system from scoping to delivery.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years+ Salesforce Administration experience
  • Should have Salesforce admin certification _(mandatory)_
  • Good knowledge of sales cloud and service cloud.
  • Good knowledge of Out of the box salesforce offering like workflows, process builders and flows.
  • Knowledge on security models comprising of metadata and data security, profiles, permissions sets, role hierarchy and sharing settings.
  • Handson knowledge in using tools such as data loader, workbench and other ETL tools to effectively migrate the data to and from salesforce.
  • Knowledge of custom reporting and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of classic vs. lightning and what lightning offers on top of classic.
  • Basic APEX knowledge to help with troubleshooting issues and analyzing the debug logs.
  • Should be able to comprehend Understand the company business and hierarchy in depth and how it aligns and transforms into Salesforce.
  • Perform POCs for the unknowns and include peers in the process wherever needed.
  • Participate in the interview process and hiring for new members.
  • Deployment methodologies like change sets, SFDX cli etc.
