    Position Title - Regional External Affairs - Sales

    Location - Mumbai

    Experience Yrs

    Qualification - Any Bachelor / Master's degree, Degree in Mass media and Communication or Public administration or Law, will be an added advantage.

    Job Responsibilities:-

    Regulatory Compliance

    • Stay up to date with local, state, and national regulations related to alcohol production, distribution, and marketing.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Have clear understanding of Taxation and Pricing and would be able to present our agenda of Taxation and pricing to Govt. officials.
    • Build and nurture relationships with government departments/agencies including StateExcise officials, Chief secretory, Finance Secretory, Labour Commissioner, Municipal Corporations, Police, NHAI, Gram Panchayats, and other relevant industry regulators .
    • Play a key role in acquiring, renewing, and managing required permits and licenses, such as Brand and Label registration, Pricing approvals permission on production of all SKUs.
    • Maintain open dialogue with government and state excise related to Policy, pricing, logistics optimization, shelf-life management, and recovery of dues.
    • Facilitate interactions, respond to queries, and assist in arranging inspections and audits.

    Issue resolution

    Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, addressing concerns, inquiries, or grievances effectively.

    Collaborate with Sales teams to identify solutions and implement corrective measures as required.

    Reply to statutory notices in consultation with the Legal team.

    Crisis Management

    Work closely with sales team to develop and implement crisis management strategies tailored to the market to address unforeseen operational or reputational challenges.
