Role and Responsibilities:

The Murex Functional/Production Support role at Kudzu Infotech involves providing software development and production support for Murex MX.3 and related systems/interfaces.

The main responsibilities include:
Understanding requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Adhering to Agile framework for business support
Involvement in software development for Murex MX.3 and associated tools/interfaces
Unit testing and software release preparation for production deployment
Providing production support, including out-of-hours availability
Java development experience will be a plus

Working knowledge of SQL, XML, XSLT, Java, IntelliJ, Spring, Camel & Maven
Experience with Oracle Enterprise and Linux operating systems
Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting (particularly Bash)
Ability to prepare functional specifications, design documents, and UAT test cases
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and software release packaging (Jenkins)
Strong debugging and unit/integration testing skills
Experience with JIRA, Agile, and Change Management
Knowledge of CI/CD implementation, including BDD
Expertise in Murex MX.3 Core Modules and System Architecture/Configuration
Familiarity with Murex MxML (Post and Pre-trade flows) development, workflow design, and data transformation
Experience in Murex Reporting and Batch Processing Development
Understanding of Murex e-Tradepad & OSP configuration and market data feeds configuration (e.g., BSMT, BBGDL)
Knowledge of Murex Limit Controller (MLC) and Risk Aggregator (MRB)
Understanding of financial markets and OTC cleared products (FX, FXO, Commodities)
Good-to-have knowledge of Financial Reporting/Risk Management and Bloomberg Data License
