Role & responsibilities

Curriculum Development:
Design, develop, and update nursing education programs and curricula to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that educational content aligns with the latest advancements in healthcare and nursing practices.

Instruction and Training:
Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and training sessions to nursing staff and students.
Provide hands-on clinical training to enhance practical skills and ensure competency.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the progress and performance of nursing students and staff.
Provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

Professional Development:
Stay abreast of developments in nursing education, healthcare, and related fields.
Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with nursing leadership and other healthcare professionals to ensure alignment between educational programs and clinical practice.
Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment for nursing students.

Mentorship:

Serve as a mentor for nursing students and junior staff, providing guidance and support in their educational and professional journey.

Compliance and Accreditation:
Ensure that educational programs comply with relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing Education or a related field.
35 years of experience in nursing education.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional methodologies, and assessment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and educational tools.
Valid nursing license

Salary:
₹23, ₹65,000.00 per month
