Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, messaging, etc.

Address the concerns of current and prospective customers Gather feedback consistently and implement changes accordingly Create frequent reviews and reports of performance Follow up with customers and potential leads and drive them towards conversions

Proven experience as a Customer Relations Executive, Sales Executive, or relevant role Proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales and lead generation Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
