We are seeking a talented and highly creative Interior Designer with expertise in workspace design and commercial fit-out projects to join our dynamic team.

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions that enhance the efficiency, productivity, and aesthetics of commercial spaces.

Your exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand and translate clients' needs into captivating designs will be crucial for the success of this role.

• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and budget constraints for workspace design and commercial fitout projects.
• Develop concept designs, space planning layouts, and 3D visualizations that reflect the clients' vision while adhering to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for construction and implementation.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing spaces and identify potential design opportunities or challenges.
• Provide expert advice on space utilization, furniture selection, lighting, and other design elements to optimize functionality and user experience.
• Prepare presentations and compelling design proposals to effectively communicate your ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of the design process from concept to completion.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in workspace design and commercial fitout projects and integrate them into your designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including design revisions, material specifications, and client communications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in interior design, with a strong focus on workspace design and commercial fitout projects.
• A portfolio showcasing your design expertise and projects related to workspace and commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in using industrystandard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Indepth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices related to commercial spaces.
• Strong conceptualization and visualization skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning designs.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and functional interior spaces.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and the ability to incorporate ecofriendly practices into your designs is a plus.
