Since last 8 years, Utkarsh Global Foundation has been working on different areas with a view to make the world a better place for every living organism and human being.


Calendar and Schedule Management:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.

Travel Coordination:
Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, executive meetings, and other important company events.

Relationship Management:

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, clients, and partners.

Maintain professional relationships and handle confidential information with discretion.

Research and Analysis:
Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics as requested by the CEO. Prepare reports and presentations based on findings.

Project Management:

Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring deadlines are met.


Office Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, including managing supplies, coordinating IT support, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.


Financial Administration:
Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and invoice processing for the CEO's office.

Confidentiality and Ethics:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethics while handling sensitive information and company matters.


Salary:
₹25, ₹29,308.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
