Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through stepbystep solutions
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
- Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport, actively listening to their concerns, and exceeding their expectations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to customers
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets and metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
