Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through stepbystep solutions
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport, actively listening to their concerns, and exceeding their expectations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets and metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
