Mission of the Role
:
- Timely Sales booking
- Bank Receipts entries & adjustments.
- Proper coordination with customers & other departments for timely details for allocation.
- Monitoring customer account details for reconciliation of ledgers, balance confirmation nonpayments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Preparing ageing reports and collection reports.
- Maintaining accounts receivable customer files.
- Resolving customer queries
- Liasioning with customers to ensure prompt collection
- Detailed Reconciliation of Customer TDS as per 26 AS

Main Accountabilities
:
- Timely accounting booking entries, reports, reconciliation of ledgers, etc
- Maintaining DSO
- Process improvement
- Effective maintain the internal procedure
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
:
- 2 3 years of total experience in the field of
accounts receivable
- Graduate or Post graduate in Commerce is essential
- Any other degree or diploma in Finance and knowledge of ERP is desirable
- Hands on knowledge and experience in TDS & GST is essential
