    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our AI-driven healthcare solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both technology and healthcare operations. The Product Manager will be pivotal in bridging the gap between engineering, design, and the needs of our end users—physicians and healthcare providers.

    Key Responsibilities:


    •Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with our strategic goals and maximize customer satisfaction.


    •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver product enhancements and new features.


    •Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and identify new market opportunities.


    •Oversee the development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.


    •Work closely with marketing to define go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful product launch and adoption.


    •Monitor product performance, utilizing analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:


    •Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.


    •Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology.


    •Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications within healthcare.


    •Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.


    •Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to influence without authority.


    •Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare reimbursement models is a plus.
