• BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers or experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
• Male and Female required

• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is a must.
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric approach.
• Proven track record in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling.
• Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective buyers.
• Provide guidance and assist clients in making informed decisions regarding property investments.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with clients to close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
