Profile Introduction:


As a Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process by effectively communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with valuable information about properties.

Your primary objective will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and assist in converting leads into successful sales.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

Client Interaction: Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Property Presentation: Showcase properties to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.

Negotiation Support: Assist clients in negotiations by providing market insights, comparative analysis, and guidance on pricing.

Documentation Assistance: Facilitate the preparation and completion of necessary documents, contracts, and agreements.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to address queries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and legal departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth transactions.


Requirements:
