**Responsibilities:
- **
Administrative Support:Assist the sales team in preparing sales-related documents, contracts, proposals, and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and potential leads in the hotel's CRM system.
Manage and organize sales-related paperwork, ensuring efficient documentation and retrieval.


Communication and Coordination:

Act as a liaison between the sales team, other hotel departments, and clients to ensure clear and timely communication of information.

Respond to client inquiries, providing information on hotel services, facilities, and event spaces.
Coordinate with the banquet, catering, and event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.


Event Planning:
Assist clients in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences held at the hotel.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure all event requirements, such as room setup, AV equipment, and catering, are in place.

Provide on-site support during events to address any last-minute changes or issues.


Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional collateral.
Follow up with potential leads and clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
Help identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and lead generation.


Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and pricing strategies based on market intelligence.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
Assist in maintaining the loyalty program and engaging with repeat customers to ensure their continued patronage.


Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for the sales manager and leadership team.
Assist in tracking the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing data-driven insights.
