What we're looking for:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Research the required information using available resources.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Upsells products and services.
- Sell products and place customers' orders in the computer system.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
