Operations Associate - Delhi, India - Hellowork Technologies
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock management
- Gemstone stock tagging and verification
- Coordinate with Sales Associate, Customer, Karigar, logistics company and field staff
- Keep a sharp eye on stock displayed to the customer in absence of Sales Associate
- Click images of gemstones and store them according to their SKUs
- Help customers in submitting sales orders and billing to sales/billing staff
- Maintain the workspace clean and organized during the working hours
- Ensure everything is in proper place before store closing
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree required
- 1 year of retail or store operations experience preferred
- Should have good knowledge in Excel and overall computer skills
- Must have good communication and written skills

- Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
