Responsibilities:

• Utilize SolidWorks to design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies according to project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design intent, functionality, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and documentation for production and fabrication purposes.
• Conduct design reviews and provide input to optimize designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production, addressing any designrelated issues that may arise during fabrication.
• Perform tolerance analysis and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts fit and function correctly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in sheet metal design and manufacturing technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Adhere to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 35 years of experience in sheet metal design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

Salary:
₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
