Job Summary:

As a Fresher in Electronic Hardware Services & Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware-related issues for electronic devices.

This position requires a strong understanding of electronic hardware components, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for electronic hardware devices such as PCB and other peripheral devices.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, identify the root cause, and implement appropriate solutions.

Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs as necessary.

Test and calibrate electronic equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve hardware products.

Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols while working with electronic hardware.

Assist customers with hardware-related inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic hardware technology and industry trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and quality assurance, to resolve hardware-related issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of electronic hardware components, circuits, and systems.

Familiarity with computer hardware, and networking concepts.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for hardware troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
