Job Description:

Shubham Group of Companies is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Sector 105, Noida.

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the development of real estate projects undertaken by the company.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet high standards of design excellence, functionality, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computeraided design (CAD) software.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into design proposals.
Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure integrated project delivery.
Conduct site visits to assess site conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and green building practices into project designs.
Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Prepare and present project proposals, design presentations, and progress reports to clients and senior management.
Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and peer critiques to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience working as an architect in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
Strong design portfolio showcasing previous projects and design concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus.
Licensed architect preferred.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,949.60 per month

Schedule:
