Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of AKHIL software systems across Ovum Hospitals locations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AKHIL softwarerelated issues, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and customize AKHIL software solutions to meet specific needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff members on the use of AKHIL software, ensuring proper utilization and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement security measures to safeguard patient data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed for software upgrades, patches, and integration with other systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in AKHIL software and other relevant technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with other IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT Manager or senior leadership.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in IT support and administration, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in AKHIL software and demonstrated experience in its implementation, customization, and support.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database management, networking, and system integration.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
