The Accounts Payable team is an integral part of the Accounting and Reporting group of our Treasury Operations function. The team supports end-to-end Payable operations in multiple countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.

Major activities include vendor creation, invoice processing & and review, payment processing & and review, and internal & and external communication to a large extent.


This position will support the processing/review of PO, and Non-PO invoices, query & and resolution, manual payments management on various banking platforms, and Managing stakeholder communication.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Process/ review supplier invoices (PO & Non-PO) in Coupa/SAP per the SLA.
  • Pay cycle management and payment review.
  • Manual payment inputting/reviewing on various banking portals.
  • Manage inboundoutbound queries.
  • Team and stakeholder management and communication.
  • Prepare periodic/adhoc reporting as per the process requirement.
  • Support AP Manager with other process activities and ad hoc projects as required.
You will report to the Manager.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:


Required Skills and Abilities:


  • MBA (Finance) / M. Com / B. Com with experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) function and related finance & accounting processes.
  • SAP and COUPA knowledge are preferable.
  • Outstanding written & and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Office tools e.g., MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
