Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals to assess their qualifications and fit for client positions.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job boards, networking, and social media, to attract top talent.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on staffing strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting.
2 Years of recent healthcare recruiting experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and industry terminology.
Strong experience of working on Nursing positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic healthcare staffing environment.
