Description

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including coldcalling, WhatsApp campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Book appointments for our sales representatives using our CRM software.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure that appointments are kept and to address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Communicate with the sales team to ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and prepared.
• Manage and maintain our CRM software to track leads, appointments, and sales progress.
• Continuously work to improve sales processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Good to fluent English verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales appointment booking and lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
