Job Summary:


As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.

You will be responsible for managing the front desk area, handling incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Visitor Assistance:


  • Assist visitors with signin procedures and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide information about the organization, such as office hours, location, and general inquiries.

Communication Handling:


  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Appointment Scheduling:


  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Keep track of meeting room schedules and assist with room reservations.

Administrative Support:


  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and office records.

Security and Access Control:


  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Issue and manage visitor badges.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work collaboratively with other administrative staff to support overall office functions.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate information flow.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week
