Job Details:
- Places phone calls to potential clients from the internal list of customers.
- Performs the script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
- Answers the potential clients' questions about home projects.
- Sets appointments with prospective customers based on the availability of sales executives and customer convenience.
- Maintains computer, telephone, and other equipment.
- Communicates any problems, concerns, or questions to the supervisor.
- Always communicates respectfully and politely with potential customers.
- Trains other telemarketers when required.
- Generates at least 5 to 10 sales leads per day.
