    Description

    Technical Business Analyst:

    • Collaborate primarily with Consumer Business Intelligence Process Owner and cross functional partners including external media agency to elicit business requirements and translate to technical specifications.
    • Develop and maintain project or product documentation, technical artifacts not limited to data tables, architecture diagrams, business process flows etc. Manage hand off and ensure it is understood by technical teams.
    • Engage Technical Product Owners, Business Product Owners, Data Vendor, Agency leads and other cross functional leads for alignment and sign off. Translate complex technical material to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
    • Participate in solution development with Data Engineers, Technical Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other technical team members to ensure requirements are met.
    • Audit project related documentation - internal and external – identify gaps and provide support for closure. Take full ownership of project documentation lifecycle including storing, archival and versioning.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst – Preferably in Consumer, Retail, Technology or Management Consulting industry with background (preferred) in Digital Media, Digital Marketing and / or Data Operations - Data Engineering and Visualization.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Good to have some technical knowledge- DOMO tools, web analytics GA, Google search control, DV 360, Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
