Function- Accounts and Finance- Regular / Temporary- Regular- Employment- Full Time- Description- On-time preparation of books of accounts

Estimate long term financing needs of the company
Analyze and evaluate the sources of finance
Help to negotiate and liaison with the banks and financial institutions
Help to ensure the compliance with the loan covenants
Assess and work out the working capital / short term finance needs
Conduct / coordinate in physical verification exercise
Prepare for assessment cases with tax / revenue authorities with help of the consultants or individually
Gather data for overall yearly financial budget exercise
Review of the monthly and quarterly budget prepared by the subordinates
Coordinate follow up with customers / external party to recover outstanding amounts
Prepare MIS reports for sending it to the top management
Assist in preparation / presentation of the finance related details in the board meetings and other meetings of the top management
Prepare replies / documents to comply with the queries issues raised by the auditors during the course of the audit
Assist in adherence to statutory matters like Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Customs etc.
Prepare product cost sheet, variation report
Take up any other work as assigned by the seniors from time to time.

Preferred Qualification

Chartered Accountant Intermediate (CA) or Diploma in Finance Preferably Cost Accountant Intermediate (CWA) At least 2 yrs of post qualification experience with at least 1 year of industry experience.
Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of ERP Environment
Expert level proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English and one local language
