Telesales Executives (Preferred from insurance background)


JD- Telesales Executives

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products
  • Explain features, advantages and benefits of products to customers
  • Maintain customer database and update customer information
  • Generate leads and arrange appointments with potential customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve sales targets and performance goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service standard

Skills

  • Excellent Communication.
  • Min 6months experience in sales (mandatory)
  • HSC (mandatory)
  • Experience with Outbound sales/Insurance (preferred)
