A Brand Executive plays a crucial role in managing and promoting a company's brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Brand Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, perception, and positioning in the market.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and initiatives.

Brand Identity Management:


  • Maintain and strengthen the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, colors, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and signage.

Marketing Campaigns and Collateral:


  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives and values.
  • Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital assets that reflect the brand identity and messaging.

Content Development and Storytelling:


  • Craft compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with the target audience and communicate the brand's values, mission, and unique selling propositions.
  • Develop content for various channels, including social media, website, blogs, and PR materials, to engage customers and build brand loyalty.

Brand Communication:


  • Manage communication strategies and messaging across different channels to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Monitor and respond to brand mentions, feedback, and inquiries on social media and other platforms to uphold brand reputation.

  • Identify and collaborate with strategic partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach and create meaningful brand associations.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and cobranding opportunities that align with the brand's values and objectives.

Brand Performance Analysis:


  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, perception, and engagement.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives, and make datadriven recommendations for optimization.

Internal Branding and Training:


  • Ensure internal teams understand and embody the brand values, culture, and messaging through training programs, workshops, and internal communications.
  • Foster a strong brand culture and sense of brand ownership among employees across departments.

Budget Management:


  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support brand initiatives, campaigns, and projects while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.

Stay Updated:


  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviors to proactively adapt brand strategies and tactics as needed.
Regular outlet visit across group.


A successful Brand Executive combines strategic thinking, creative vision, analytical skills, and effective communication to build and strengthen a brand's identity, reputation, and market presence.

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
