Job Summary:

  • To Call, connect, and attend customer related queries on products & services.
  • Responsible for building and managing a healthy relations with existing customers and clients.
  • Own, end to end execution of engagement and retention campaigns through various channels.
  • Inform customers from time to time about academic related schedules & information.
  • To be the first line of coordination with office & students in resolving queries.
  • To follow up, inform, guide and work on renewals from time to time.
  • To build healthy relations and rapport with customers for repeat business.
  • Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, creating trust, asking for referrals from existing customers. Ensure the CRM system is acting as an effective sales funnel.
  • Make Sales calls for existing and new customers for business growth.

Job Skills:

  • Must be quick, energetic, willing to learn and deliver the objective of the company
  • Strong, Confident, Pleasing, and approachable personality with positive outlook.
  • Patience, Persistence, and high level of customer orientation with business outlook.
  • Should be target oriented in terms of driving service and renewals of existing customers.
  • Minimum 23 years' experience customer relations, retentions, knowledge on sales required.
  • Experience in Education, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, would be a +.
  • Graduate with Knowledge on computers & social media would be added advantage.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
