Maintain uptodate knowledge of educational trends, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address students' academic and emotional needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in academic advising, counseling, or teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
Familiarity with educational resources, assessment tools, and career development techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in counseling or a related discipline.
Certification as a school counselor or career counselor.
Experience working in a school or educational institution setting.
Knowledge of college admissions processes and standardized testing requirements.
