Relevant Experience Required:
- Should Costing/Zero Based Calculation for Sheet Metal and Plastic Commodity.
- Manufacturing Process Knowledge of Stamping, Plastic, Hoses, Aluminium Pipe Domain.
- Knowledge of Stamping, Welding, Injection Moulding.
- Understand overall manufacturing/part development activities.
- Ability to read part drawings.
- Awareness of Cost factors in Product/Part Costing.
- Proficient Knowledge of Excel.
- OEM Work experience.
- Engineering Change Management (for modifications or new part development)
- Make Or Buy Analysis
- Analyse Supplier RFQs (Technical & Commercial).
- Preferred Software Skills
- NX, SMARAGD, SCHMALE, TACO, Any cost Evaluation Software.
Responsibilities:
- REC & Tooling /Fixture/Gauges Calculation
- Cost estimation and cost management analysis.
- Manufacturing Feasibility discussion with suppliers.
- Price negotiation with the best available manufacturing process.
- Interacting with Overseas team, commodity members for successful project execution.
- Ensure ontime deliverable for the projects.
- Qualifikationen
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E
- Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial, Production Engineering.
