We are looking for:
an ambitious, energetic and proficient computer wizard looking to make a career in medical industry. You should be tech savvy with ability to meet deadlines and have advance level computer skills.

As a Proficient Computer Operator you can join our team and support various administrative tasks that involve word processing, spreadsheet management, web surfing, internet-based activities, document management, and cloud storage.

This Operation Assistant will be mainly responsible for supporting Tendering activities by efficiently handling various computer-based tasks essential for smooth business operations.

It requires a tech-savvy individual with strong computer skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Word Processing and

Document Management:
_

  • Create, format, and edit documents using word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
  • Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation in written materials.
  • Organize and manage digital and physical documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
  • Excel and

Spreadsheet Management:
_

  • Utilize spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to handle data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information.
  • Web Surfing and

Internet Activities:
_

  • Efficiently browse the internet to gather information, research topics, and perform market analysis.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and relevant news.
  • Conduct online tasks such as online forms submission and data entry.
  • PDF Handling and

Cloud Storage:
_

  • Work with PDF documents, including conversion, merging, and extraction of content.
  • Utilize cloud storage platforms (e.g., Office365, MS Teams) to organize and share files securely.
  • Ensure data backup and proper organization of files in cloud storage.
  • Business Letters and

Online Documents Uploading Submission:

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or better qualification.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Computer Operator or in a similar role with expertise in word processing, spreadsheet management, internet use, and document handling.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with PDF handling tools and cloud storage platforms.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure errorfree document creation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to optimize efforts.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely to get the task done error free and within deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Exposure to government tender portals
  • GeM, eProcure, HLL, etc will be an advantage.
Compensation will be as per industry norms and benefits will be beyond the norms.
