ICS Legal are looking for an
experienced Immigration Visa Sales Executives and will work from home.

You must have 1 year of experience in working on immigration and visa services. Please
do not apply if you are a graduate, fresher or someone with no experience in this industry.

As our
Immigration Visa Sales Executive you will be responsible for the management of our existing clients who are using our services for their visa & other legal matters.

You must continuously ensure connection, provide strategic advisory, and drive compliance.

Serve as primary liaison between the client and our Lawyers on all legal matters and conduct the management.
Conduct calls outbound to new and existing clients.

The role is UK time only.

7:45am to 5pm.

Monday to Saturday role.
Remote role.

Must have access to good laptop and internet.

What you will do

You will manage and work with our existing client's who have instructed us or we are managing their legal matter.
Take any issues from the client and manage with the Lawyer.
You will also discuss with both new and existing clients on design, implementation, and facilitation of strategic visa programs.
Lead generation through client management is essential.
Tasks may also involve content writing and published on various channels.
You will be also tasked to call and discuss on new enquiries made to us.
Accountable for leading workstreams related to global visa processes and ensure regulatory requirements, business needs, and operational goals are achieved, and driving transparency and consistency where possible across businessspecific programs.
Generate insights and recommendations to enable strategic business decisions that align with business and talent priorities and goals for the global programs through dashboards and other KPIs, including opportunities for cost savings, process efficiency, and enhanced employee experiences
Accountable for ensuring that documentation (SOPs, knowledge articles, process maps, etc.) for the visa programs are developed and maintained.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and global immigration knowledge gained through at least 2 years of related experience in a law firm or inhouse setting.
Strong experience leading teams and a virtual workforce across the UK and India.
Experience managing complex global immigration programs, including strategic projects.
Ability to leverage and analyze data to glean insights and create recommendations on workforce planning and programmatic KPIs.
Strong relationshipbuilding, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with Lawyers and clients.
Advanced competency in core professional skills, especially attention to detail, responsiveness, followthrough, flexibility, initiative, and tact
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams
Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations while managing confidential information appropriately and professionally
Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problemsolving skills
Strong conflict resolution skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence others
