Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with
1.5-8 years of experience in Bench Sales.

Must be a quick learner and high aspirant to grow in corporate, Bench sales marketers are individuals who work in the staffing industry, specifically within the IT sector.

Their primary role is to generate revenue by placing IT consultants on projects.

They must be knowledgeable about current market trends in the technology industry and understand how to match client needs with the skills of available IT consultants.

Individuals with expeditious computer skills, good communication, efficient problem solving, and quick learner will be ideal skillset for this job role.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US CITIZEN) resumes with tier1 vendors/clients.
• Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
• Understanding their resume skillset, keywords, tools) and formatting it as required.
• Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume.
• Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews.
• Arranging interviews with tier one vendors or end clients.
• Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.)
• Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques, W2/ 1099/ CorptoCorp/ H1 Transfers
• Must report to floor manager and Resource Manager (lead sales recruiter)
• Should Posses good knowledge about Contracts NCA / NDA / Addendum / Memorandum
• Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales.
• Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English.
• Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
• Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and endclient interview schedules.
• Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.
• Track the submissions and make regular followups.
• Preparing the consultants for the end client interviews.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and vendors in the IT industry.
• Identify potential clients who may require IT consulting services and establish relationships with them.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the delivery team to propose the right resources.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and vendors.
• Ensure that resources are placed on projects in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments.

From ₹300,000.00 per year
