Position:
Customer Care Executive


Gender:
Female

Experience: 0-2 years


Qualification:
Any throughout English medium only (12th Pass ) throughout English medium)

Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM / 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days working)


Key Responsibities:

Communication:

  • Should generate leads and turning them into potential customers.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a customeroriented approach and pleasant personality.
  • Exceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.
  • Phenomenal conflictresolution skills.

Technical Skills required:

  • Knowledge of computers is mandatory.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of basic software, Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media
  • Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Very clear speech is required in English and Hindi.
