• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the rental business, including online and offline marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends
• Manage the rental business social media channels to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive traffic to the website.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals and increase lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Work with external vendors to create marketing materials and manage advertising campaigns.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the rental industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
