HRBP Executive| Bhayandar | Day shift 2 Rotational off | 4.5 to 4.7 LPA budget

Streamlining HR activities.
Maintaining Employee Life Cycle from Induction to Exit.
Structured employee connections like conducting Skip Meetings, town halls, brown bags, and open forums.
Strategizing on new interventions for Employee Engagement.
Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.
Ensuring attrition control measures like RAG and succession planning is in place.
Should have deep knowledge of all statutory compliances like Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim.
Team Management experience a mandate
Good exposure to Performance Management.
Design and Implement appropriate Rewards & Recognition programs for employees related to customer delight.
Communicate with Business heads for better alignment.
Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep up with time and external benchmarks.
Lead projects and drive change management.

Experience

Skills required:

High technical competency (Compensation Management, Employee Relations Management)
Leadership, Strategic Thinking
Proactive and a sound level of business knowledge.
High standards of integrity
Capacity to handle heavy workload
Sound knowledge of human resources strategies & procedures
Good understanding of Labor Law(Conflict Management, Counseling and Diagnostic, wages )
Proficient in MS office( Excel & PowerPoint)

Day shifts, 2 weeks off could be rotational or Saturday and Sunday as well

Salary:
₹450, ₹470,000.00 per year
