We are in search of a dynamic Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conducting research to spot potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyzing data to comprehend market needs and customer preferences.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels, such as networking and attending industry events. Evaluating leads and assessing their potential.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients. Building connections with new prospects to convert them into customers.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Devising and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Negotiating contracts with clients for mutual benefit.
  • Business Proposals and Presentations: Developing compelling proposals and presentations to pitch products/services to clients. Showcasing the value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the executive team to create long-term business plans and growth strategies. Identifying new markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyzing data to evaluate strategy effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Any Bachelor's degree (Preferably an MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Must be eager to learn.
Freshers can also apply if they are enthusiastic about sales and marketing with strong communication skills.
