    IJP Manager - Data Engineering

    Marsh Advisory consultative branch provides solutions to implement risk management programs within organizations. Aids companies in improving resiliency, reducing claims, and minimizing risk costs.

    MMGS global knowledge center for Marsh McLennan, specializing in Research, Consulting, Data Analytics, Data Science, Actuarial, and Design.

    Role provides exposure to key business risks, opportunity to contribute to analytics platform and products. Expected expertise in Data Science, Business Analytics, Python, SQL. Experience in Insurance or Banking industry is beneficial.

    We will count on you to

    • Experience in cloud solutions, data extraction, data transformation
    • Expertise in SQL, No-SQL, traditional data infrastructure
    • Knowledge of Pyspark, Hadoop, Big Data
    • Deploy API, advanced analytics for consulting deliverables

    What you need to have

    • Master's Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science or related field
    • 5-7 years experience in Data Engineering or Data Science
    • Expertise in Python, NLP, ETL, machine learning and NLP techniques
    • Problem-solving skills, ability to influence, detail-oriented
    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and programming knowledge

    Eligibility:

    • Minimum 12 months experience in current role
    • Positive last appraisal rating, no recent performance issues
    • No previous IJP applications within the last 3 months
