Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints- Providing information about products and services
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, comments, and feedback
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to improve customer experience
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback to improve our services
- Participating in team meetings and sharing customerrelated insights and feedback
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,458.39 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
