Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

  • Providing information about products and services
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, comments, and feedback
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to improve customer experience
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback to improve our services
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing customerrelated insights and feedback

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,458.39 per month

Experience:
